Speaker/Chair days - for information

If you are an invited speaker/chair in a Symposium or Guest Lecture, or a Spoken or Poster session chair, at the BTS Winter Meeting 2025, the days ticked below indicate those that you are speaking/chairing. You do not need to register for the day/s ticked, just for any additional days you wish to attend. (Speaker/Chair days are currently being uploaded, so days will show as ticked in due course.  In the meantime, please register and pay only for any additional days, as needed).

Speakers who submitted an abstract that was accepted for presentation in a Spoken, Poster or Moderated Poster session, must register and pay for attendance. The presentation day below will not be ticked, as abstract presenters must register and pay for attendance, including on the day of their presentation.

Payment

If you are paying by invoice please note that your booking is not complete until payment is received. You will receive a request for a purchase order form by email. Once a purchase order form has been received from your Finance Department, they will be sent an invoice to pay. Please note that invoices can only be issued to a Finance Department.
